Lamont Hancock, 22, entered a guilty plea Monday in U.S. District Court, joining Miyauhn Vineyard, 21, and Michael Sanford, 26, who also plead guilty earlier this year to the federal charges.

All three were charged and pled guilty to the same charge, conspiring to steal firearms from a federal firearms licensee, according to the DOJ spokesperson. Each man could face up to five years in federal prison. It was not known when the men are expected to be sentenced.

The three men were accused of breaking into the Target World gun range and firearms store in Sharonville in June 2018.

“According to court documents, on June 17, 2018, the co-conspirators parked in an adjacent parking lot and cut off an exterior door lock to the store. The individuals then smashed display cases in the retail area of the store and stole 58 firearms,” the DOJ spokesperson said.

Two days later, 10 of the guns were recovered after a third-party sale, according to the DOJ spokesperson.

Hancock is listed as an inmate in the Butler County Jail while Vineyard is booked in the Montgomery County Jail. Sanford is not listed as an inmate in any area jail.
