DAYTON — Police surrounded a house in the 40 block of East Norman Avenue late Friday night, trying to talk to a man who is refusing to come out.

Police were called to the address at about 10:56 p.m. on the report of someone in the house who said people in there with her were threatening to shoot her, according to a sergeant with Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.
No shots have been fired and no one has been injured, the sergeant said, but two people who were in the house have been taken into custody. One of them came out through a back door; The other through the front of the house.
The standoff has concluded according to dispatch and at least one suspect was taken into custody.
