UPDATE: 2 injured after crash in Greene County

GREENE COUNTY — UPDATE: @12:15 p.m.

Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Greene County Thursday morning.

Crews were called to respond to the crash in the area of West Spring Valley Paintersville Road and SR 380 around 7:45 a.m., according to initial emergency scanner traffic, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

According to OSP, a Kia was heading southbound on SR 380 and Chevy Malibu was eastbound on W. Spring Valley Paintersville Rd.

The Chevy Malibu either failed to yield from a stop sign or failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the Kia, OSP said.

The driver of each vehicle were taken to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Emergency crews are responding to a crash reportedly involving multiple vehicles in Greene County Thursday morning.

Crews were called to respond to the crash in the area of West Spring Valley Paintersville Road and OH-380 around 7:45 a.m., according to initial emergency scanner traffic.

At least two medics have been called to the crash, scanner traffic further indicated.

OH-380 is reportedly shutdown as crews respond to the crash.
