Cara Sweet, 40, was arrested on a charge of misconduct at an emergency, a misdemeanor, after the curfew was in effect in parts of downtown Dayton Saturday night.

A spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office said the office was aware of her arrest, but did not offer further comment.

The Dayton police incident report indicates officers were told to enforce the curfew that was in effect from 9 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday. The report states Sweet was asked multiple times by the officer to leave the area of West Third and Jefferson streets around 9:50 p.m. or face arrest for violating the curfew. Police said she was then arrested after refusing to disperse.

Sweet was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, however she is no longer listed as an inmate, according to online jail records.
