Richard Allen is charged with the murder in the deaths of Libby German and Abby Williams back in February 2017. They were enjoying a day off from school when they were killed on a Delphi hiking trail.

The judge released more than 100 documents to the public on Wednesday.

It includes a motion to subpoena third-party records.

That motion includes a description of a call Allen made to his wife on April 3.

It was during that call that Allen is alleged to have admitted several times that he killed the two teenage girls, investigators say. His wife is reported to abruptly ending the call, the Associated Press reports.
