UD Public Safety was called to the bike path near Irving Avenue and Shafor Boulevard around 5:30 a.m. after the victim reported the incident.

The victim, identified as a non-student female, reported a man jogging in front of her exposed himself, “engaged in lewd behavior” and hit her before he fled the scene, UD officials said in the message to campus members.
