The bodies of both boys have remained missing since their respective incidents in December 2020 and late February.

Investigators said Lattimore, 3, was thrown into the river alive by his mother’s boyfriend Dec. 6. The man, identified as Desean Brown, 21, is accused of killing Nylo’s mother, 21-year-old Nyteisha just hours before Brown threw Nylo into the river, prosecutors allege.
