The July 10 crash killed Anesa Noel Acosta, 15; Quintin Michael McGowan, 13; Brekkin Riley Bruce, 8; and Trentin Beau Bruce, 6, Indiana State Police said. Corey Withrow, 31, of Camden was the driver of a semitrailer that crashed into the back of Aaron Bruce’s car, sending the car into the back of another semitrailer, investigators previously said.

Withrow has been charged with reckless homicide and other felonies. Investigators allege Withrow was under the influence of marijuana, amphetamines and ecstasy at the time of the crash.

Withrow is out of jail after posting a $35,000 bond earlier this week. He has a pending court appearance in Preble County July 21 for a probation hearing.
