Oakwood High School will have counselors available Monday to meet with students following news that a 2016 graduate has died.
The graduate's name was not released because the family's requested his name and cause of death not be shared, according to a letter from Principal Paul Waller sent to parents Saturday night.
Waller said the school’s crisis response team would be available to meet with students individually and in groups today, as well as over the coming days and weeks. We are working to find out more information about where and how the student passed away.
