A missing Butler County man has been found safe.

Henry Cornist, 69, was last seen walking away from his Cincinnati residence.
The alert was issued by the Fairfield Police Department for Butler County.
It was canceled just before 10 p.m. Friday night.

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Fairfield Police Department.
Henry Cornist, 69 was last seen walking away from his residence on Nohunta Court in Cincinnati at approximately 4:00 p.m. Friday.

Cornist is a black male, 5-feet 8-inches tall, and 178 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
He suffers from dementia and other health concerns, and law enforcement is concerned for his safety.

He was last seen wearing a brown fedora, green jacket, and blue jeans.
