Kettering restaurant hands out pizza, helps keep employees working

Pizza place welcomes donations to keep workers employed while helping the community

Junior’s Pizza Wings and Subs’s new fundraiser helps keep employees working a few hours a day -- all while passing out free pizza to the community.

>> Tiny market allows people to “give what they can and take what they need.”

Gary “Junior” Leasure started the fundraiser just last week, saying the restaurant gives away around 25 pizzas a day from 5 p.m. to close.

Leasure said the business was just established a few weeks before the crisis hit.

They're doing everything they can to build their businesses while helping the community they serve.

Leasure is hoping to fund more pizzas over a longer time frame each day through donations from the community.
