SPRINGFIELD — Police say one person’s foot was run over near the cross of Lowell Street and Reaper Avenue in Springfield Wednesday night.
According to Springfield Police Dispatch, crews responded to the scene around 10:43 p.m.

Dispatch tells us the patient refused transport to the hospital.
