DAYTON — UPDATE @ 4:50 p.m.:
The shooting was reported just after 3:30 p.m. near a bus stop near the intersection of E. Third and Jefferson Streets, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch records.
Our crew on scene reported that police had a parking lot near a bus stop.

Initial reports indicate a person shot into a crowd of people.
One person was shot and transported to Miami Valley Hospital, according to dispatchers. Their condition is unknown.
Police on scene had one person detained, according to dispatchers. Its unknown at this time is that person was the suspect and if they were taken into custody.
