1 taken to hospital after being clipped by semi-truck; Police looking for suspect

DAYTON — Medics took one person to the hospital after they were hit by a semi-truck in Dayton early Sunday morning.

Montgomery County Regional dispatch told us crews responded to the 1400 block of South Edwin C. Moses Boulevard, where it happened, around 12:28 a.m.

Dispatch said a red semi-truck clipped the victim and then left the scene before crews arrived.

One person was taken to Miami Valley Hospital for their injuries, according to dispatch.
