The auto-pick ticket was bought at the Walmart Supercenter located at 7680 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights.
The ticket matched all five numbers plus the Powerball to win the July 3 jackpot.
The winning numbers were 2-26-33-55-57, and the red Powerball number was 22. The Powerplay was 2X.
Had the winner come forward, they could have taken the $138 million jackpot in an annuity or taken the cash option prize of $65.8 million.
Ohio Lottery officials explained what happens to that unclaimed money.
“Sales generated in Ohio that contributed to the jackpot go to the unclaimed prize fund which becomes part of lottery profit to help support education in Ohio. Ohio will retain approximately $1.9 million,” Ohio Lottery officials said in a press release.
