SPRINGFIELD — A 16-year-old is facing charges in connection to the shooting death of his father.

Harley Cyphers was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, felonious assault, and murder, according to Clark County Prosecutor Dan Driscoll.

News Center 7 previously reported on Sept. 14 Springfield police were called to the 1200 block of Cedarview Driver for reports of a shooting.
Prosecutors said Harley is accused of murdering his father 48-year-old Dale Cyphers.
Harley is due next in court in March.
