DAYTON — Two drive-thru marijuana dispensaries are planned for the Dayton area.

The Dayton Board of Zoning Appeals approved an application by B Cubed Operations Ohio, LLC for a drive-thru dispensary at 3300 Needmore Road.
The application was approved on the condition that parking on the site be at a 90-degree angle with the ability for two-directional traffic on Wagner Ford Road.

Another application for a drive-thru dispensary at 4389 W Third submitted by Farmaceutical RX LLC was approved.
This application also had conditional approval — the applicant must provide a landscaping plan that meets the zoning code and must consolidate the lots that the owner proposed to sell the applicant.
Indoor marijuana sales would also be available at both locations.
