MIAMISBURG — A man accused of shooting someone in the mouth has entered a plea deal.

Damarion Lee, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of felonious assault on Dec. 19, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records.
As part of his plea deal, a second count of felonious assault was dismissed.

Lee has to forfeit the firearm that was taken in relation to this case, according to court documents.
The shooting occurred on Feb. 19 in the 6300 block of Saxony Road.
According to a previous News Center 7 report, Lee asked another person for a cigarette just before the shooting occurred.
The victim told Lee no. A few seconds later, the victim was shot in the mouth.
Jail records show that Lee remains in custody at the Montgomery County Jail.
Lee’s sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 8, 2025.
