COLUMBUS — Incumbent Attorney General Dave Yost will be sworn in for a second term as Ohio’s 51st Attorney General Monday morning.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy will administer the oath of office inside Davidson Theatre at around 9:30 a.m.
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard will perform the Presentation of Colors as part of the ceremony.
The ceremony will also include Pastor Eddie Tyes Parker III giving the invocation and benediction along with Yost’s grandchildren leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

Yost previously served as Ohio’s Auditor of State for eight years.
Yost then served for eight years as the elected prosecuting attorney of Delaware County.
He will now serve his second term as Ohio’s 51st Attorney General after being elected to the position on November 8, 2022.
