CINCINNATI — Just days after the Bengals selected Joe Burrow as the number one pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the team will be releasing quarterback Andy Dalton, the NFL reported.

>> Dayton man identified as person killed after being hit on I-75 in Butler Twp.

Dalton has been with the Bengals for nine seasons and was the team’s all-time leader in completions, passing touchdowns, passer rating and 300-yard passing games.

Number 14 was benched by the Bengals during last season, but led the Bengals to a win over the Cleveland Browns in what appears to have been his last game in tiger stripes.
