3 arrested after long-term task force drug investigation, search warrant

DAYTON — Three men were arrested after the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office RANGE Task Force executed a search warrant at a Dayton house Wednesday.

The search was executed at a house in the 1600 block of West Grand Avenue following a long-term investigation into drug-trafficking, officials said in a media release Thursday.

During the search, investigators recovered fentanyl, marijuana, and two guns in the house, investigators said.

Charles Norvell, 20, and Erutan Young, 20, were arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on drug trafficking charges. Tahseti Osiris Lamar Harris, 19, was also arrested on drug possession charges, officials said.

Additional charges will be reviewed by the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
