FAIRBORN — The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base has announced that they are suspending their Trusted Traveler Program as a precautionary measure after the recent events in New Orleans and Las Vegas, according to WPAFB.

All vehicle occupants must now have a valid DoD identification at the gate, WPAFB says.

Without the identification, visitors will have to go to the 88th Security Forces Pass and Registration Office to be issued a visitor’s pass.
The registration office is located at 4185 Logistics Ave in Area A, and is open from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Trusted Travelers Program allowed people with DoD IDs to vouch for vehicle occupants entering the base.
