A Beavercreek officer got a report from a woman, who said a teenage family friend reported his 13-year-old brother had been sexually assaulted, according to investigative documents filed in Fairborn Municipal Court.
The teen pointed the finger at Pujolar, who he said texted about the allegations that ended up leading to the charges.
In the text messages Pujolar said, “I am so sorry I failed you all...I’m truly sorry for this,” court records read.
Police met with the 13-year-old, who told them the had met Pujolar with the Big Brothers-Big Sisters organization in 2016. He said he spent time at Pujolar’s apartment and often played video games, records read.
The teen said Pujolar eventually “gave him money and gift cards” and then one day “asked if he could touch him,” a court affidavit read.
The boy said he refused, but after several weeks Pujolar “asked him to ho into his bedroom,” which is where court records said Pujolar performed a sex act.

Records showed the child’s mother confronted the 45-year-old after she found messages on her son’s phone she felt “were sexual in nature.”
During an interview with Beavercreek police, Pujolar eventually admitted to performing a sex act on the teen “maybe 15 to 20 times” between the summer of 2019 and summer of 2020.
Pujolar’s social media pages showed he was employed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, however a spokesman for the Air Force Research Laboratory said he “is a former Air Force Research Lab employee who is no longer associated with the Air Force.”
Pujolar is in the Greene County Jail while his case awaits going in front of a grand jury.
