Bellbrook pizza shop set to close its doors next month

BELLBROOK — A Bellbrook pizza shop will be closings its doors next month.

Verona’s Pizza, located at 18 E. Franklin Street, is set to close Thursday, March 9, according to a Facebook post from the restaurant.

“We loved every moment of being apart of the Bellbrook community. The best people to have around for business and for laughs. While this is a difficult decision to make, the Verona’s Pizza in Bellbrook will permanently be closing,” the post said

Verona’s Pizza opened March 2020 at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.

“We opened in the beginning of Covid in March of 2020 not knowing what was ahead of us. Turned out being one of the best years for not only business but for our family,” the post said.

The pizza shop’s Fairborn location will remain open, the post said.
