Bengals likely to target offensive lineman in this year’s draft

After this past season, the Cincinnati Bengals will likely target an offensive lineman in this year’s draft.

The Bengals offensive line let Burrow get sacked 51 times in the regular season, making him the most sacked quarterback in the NFL for this 2021 season.

In the AFC wildcard game alone, Burrow was sacked nine times and took five hits.

During the postseason, Burrow was sacked a total of 19 times, with seven of those times being in last night’s game alone.

The Bengals must protect him at all costs, and after passing on Penei Sewell in favor of wide receiver Ja’marr Chase, who won rookie of the year this year, don’t expect Cincinnati to ignore the offensive line again come April.
