“We’ve seen just an uptick as the season progressed,” said Theresa Hammons, owner of Ashley’s Pastry Shop.

Hammons has been filling up box after box of Bengals treats this season.

“It was tremendous. We referred to it as it was Christmas in January for us again,” Hammons said.

She says just like last year, they’ve seen an increase in business as the Bengals make their playoff push. She’s rooting them on as both a fan and a business owner.

“I’m watching the game, I’m a fan but I’m a business owner. So I’m like ‘oh no that touchdown just might have cost us,’” Hammons said. “It seems like everyday people are coming in wanting to get some Bengals stuff.”

Across town at Rally House, Ricky Williams is working to keep shelves nice and full of Bengals gear. They’re getting shipments daily to keep up with the steady flow of excited fans in need.

“Because they haven’t been that good in past years, and now just out of no where— like one of the best teams in the league. It’s probably pretty exciting,” Williams said.

Rally House says it doesn’t matter if you are a true Bengals fan, or if you’re just jumping on the playoff bandwagon, they’ve got all the gear you need.
