CENTERVILLE — Bibibop will open it’s Cornerstone of Centerville location today.
The restaurant previously announced an opening day in April, but the opening was delayed.
The restaurant will open at 11 a.m.
Bibibop has moved into the restaurant space that previously housed MOD Pizza at the mixed-use development near the intersection of Feedwire Road and Wilmington Pike.

The location will be the second restaurant in the Dayton area for Bibibop.
The Columbus-based company operates with a fast-casual, build-your-own service concept similar to Chipotle.
The name of the restaurant is derived from the popular Korean dish, "bibimbap."
Bibibop also operates a restaurant on Brown Street near the University of Dayton campus.
