Today will be the coldest day of the week.

Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Britley Ritz says some of us will start with below-zero air temperatures for the first time since Christmas Eve 2022 with wind chills of -15 degrees.

Highs will reach the mid-teens today.

In addition, light snow, up to around a half inch, is possible on Thursday, but according to Ritz, it will be warmer.

There is a chance for more precipitation this weekend before even colder air moves in next week.

We will update this story.
