SPRINGFIELD — A busy intersection in Springfield will be closed starting Friday afternoon through Saturday night.

South Fountain Avenue will be closed between High Street and the railroad tracks starting at 12 p.m. Friday afternoon, the City of Springfield announced on social media.
It will be closed until 10 p.m. Saturday night due to the IndieCraft event.
The city says northbound traffic will still have access to the Marriott and southbound traffic will have access to the Heritage Center.
IndieCraft 2023 will take place Friday and Saturday. It includes food trucks, music, and more.
