COVINGTON — A car and a party bus crashed in Miami County a few minutes after midnight on Saturday.

Covington Police and Fire were dispatched to the intersection of state Route 48 and Crescent Drive at around 12:05 a.m. on reports of a two-vehicle crash, Miami County Dispatch confirmed to News Center 7.
First responders discovered that a car and a party bus crashed into each other when they arrived on scene, dispatch informed.
At least one victim reported an injury, prompting dispatch to send medics to the scene. One medical unit then made a transport to a local hospital for further treatment, dispatch said.
The severity of the injuries was unknown at the time of questioning.
Covington Police led the investigation into the crash.
