CareFlight flew one person with severe injuries from a rollover crash at Nashville Road and Monroe-Concord Road in Miami County south and west of Troy Sunday around 4:25 p.m., according to Miami County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Todd Tennant.

Tennant said that one vehicle was traveling south on Nashville Road and was passing through the intersection when it was hit by a pickup truck that was traveling west on Monroe-Concord Road.
The truck hit the car in the tail end, causing it to spin, hit a pole and flip over.
The person in that car was flown to Miami Valley Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the pickup was not injured.
“It can happen to anybody at any time,” the lieutenant said. “Just always make sure you look and look again and look again, just to be safe.”
