DAYTON — Tuesday evening the Miami Valley’s holiday tradition called A Carillon Christmas begins.
The Carillon Tree of Light in Dayton was lit Monday night. The tree stands 200 feet tall and features 20,000 lights hung from the Carillon Bell Tower.

At 5 p.m. the Carillon Historical Park’s 65 acre campus will be transformed into a winter wonderland.
The celebration continues until Dec. 30, and is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
