Central State will make the Johnson & Johnson vaccine available to students prior to the end of the 2020-2021 academic year, the university said in a statement.

“Students are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.”

The goal is to offer COVID-19 vaccines on-campus to all of CSU students before the school year ends in May.

The clinic will be open at Beacom Lewis/Walker Gymnasiums Thursday and Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Depending on shipment schedules, the university said additional COVID-19 vaccine clinics could be announced April 12.
