Tonight: Clouds increasing with temperatures holding in the upper 50s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Halloween: Rain will become likely by mid-morning and continue into the evening. The rain may become heavy at times late in the day and evening. Winds will be gusty with temperatures topping out in the lower 60s. Highs peak in the low 60s with winds gusting around 20 to 25 mph again. Trick-or-treating will be soggy and cool.

A Flood Watch has been issued for most of the region from from 8 p.m. Wednesday until 8 a.m. Friday for Champaign, Clark, Greene, Clinton, Montgomery, Preble, Butler and Warren counties.

Thursday: Rainy conditions continue. Highs near 52 degrees.

Friday: Chance for showers. Mostly cloudy with highs in the lower 50s.

Saturday: Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the lower 50s.
