DAYTON — The city of Dayton commissioners were told today that an anchor tenant, which is a collaboration between the University of Dayton and the Entrepreneur's Center, is expected to sign a lease for the Arcade next week.

During a presentation at today’s commission meeting, it was announced that the anchor tenant is expected to sign a 10-year lease at the property.
Additionally, the city announced that it’s expected that the long-anticipated financial closing on the property is expected to take place in late April.
