The event will take place Sunday afternoon from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Greenon K-12 building at the 500 block of Enon-Xenia Road in Enon.
Firefighters will put on a simulation demonstrating the dangers without a seatbelt.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says more than 11,000 unbuckled passengers were killed in crashes in 2021.
Clark County along with other participating agencies will be taking a “no excuses” approach, writing citations day and night.
The national seat belt campaign runs from May 22 to June 4 which coincides with the Memorial Day holiday.
