Local Realtor accused of sexual battery; decades-old allegations center of investigation

SPRINGBORO — A 55-year-old Clearcreek Twp. man is free on bond on a charge accusing him of felony sexual battery.

Springboro police are investigating the allegations against Timothy G. Hall, who was arrested May 3 by Clearcreek Twp. police.

According to a complaint filed in Warren County court, Hall is accused of inappropriately touching a female from July 1992 through July 1996. The victim is known to Hall.

The complaint reads that Hall sent an email of his admission to the victim.

Bond was set at $100,000 at Hall's arraignment Monday in Warren County Municipal Court. He posted the required amount and has been released from the county jail.

Hall is a self-employed real estate broker, according to his jail booking.

Monday afternoon, officials with RE-MAX Victory in Springboro said Hall is no longer employed there. They declined to comment further.
