Coronavirus: 2 employees test positive at Austin Landing’s Enterprise Place building

MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County — Two employees that work in Austin Landing’s Enterprise Place building have tested positive for coronavirus, according to emails obtained by News Center 7.

“CSH has had an employee test positive for Coronavirus last week and the county medical director has instructed us that all employees must self-quarantine until March 24,” an email sent Monday by a Senior Outsource Accounting Specialist at Clark Schaefer Hackett said.

A second email sent to tenants at Austin Landing said a second person also tested positive.

“We are under the understanding that the case was confirmed over the weekend and the employee has not been in the office since last week,” the email read.

The employees at the building are on self-quarantine until March 25 and the employer is complying with the direction from Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County.

News Center 7 has reached out to both CSH and Public Health for comment.
