The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services announced there will be additional funds allocated to children who qualify for free or reduced-price meals through the Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer program (P-EBT).
Last Spring, ODJFS provided more than $250 million in P-EBT benefits to more than 850,000 Ohio children, the agency stated in a media release.
Over the weekend, Gov. Mike DeWine also announced a variance for Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns games that will allow up to 6,000 fans to fill stadiums for select games.

LATEST STATE DATA: As of Monday afternoon, there have been at least 131,336 confirmed or probable cases in the state, 4,276 deaths, and 13,887 hospitalizations, according to the Ohio Department of Health. 109,248 people are presumed to have recovered from the virus in the state.
Of the state’s cases, 22,088 are presumed to still be active.
Ohio has an estimated population of approximately 11.7 million, census records show.

There have been 2,419,192 people tested for the coronavirus in Ohio, according to the Ohio Department of Health.
A total of 14,296 health care workers have tested positive which is about 11 percent of the cases.
