Several well-known Ohio sports figures, including Dayton Flyers head coach Anthony Grant and former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel, appeared in the latest social media campaign urging Ohioans to stay home amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The video was featured during Governor Mike DeWine’s daily coronavirus briefing Tuesday afternoon.

The video is part of DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health’s push to urge Ohioans to practice social distancing and stay home to curb the spread of coronavirus in the state.

Grant, and his wife Chris, encouraged families and individuals to engage in physical and mental challenges like exercising during the outbreak.
Other Buckeyes appearing in the video were former quarterbacks J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones, Athletic Director Gene Smith, and current NFL analysis Chris Spielman.
