HARRISON TWP. — UPDATE @ 3:15 p.m. (March 30):
The Montgomery County Coroner has identified a teenage girl as the victim of a deadly crash in Harrison Twp. Tuesday night that critically injured two others.

Rayeal Alexander, 14, of Dayton was identified as the victim killed in the crash on North Main Street around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Kent Harshbarger said in a media release. Alexander’s cause and manner of death are still under investigation.
Montgomery County Sheriff Rob Streck told News Center 7′s Mike Campbell Wednesday the other two occupants inside the crash were taken to area hospitals in critical condition.
Streck added excessive speeds are being investigated as a factor in the crash.
Additional details were not released.
FIRST REPORT (March 29):
One person is dead and two were injured after a crash on North Main Street at Julia Avenue Tuesday.
Harrison Township crews were called to an injury crash around 7:40 p.m.
A preliminary investigation found that a car was traveling south on North Main St. at Julia Ave when it went off the east side of the road hitting an RTA pole and a parked car, according to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

The juvenile female driver and an adult male passenger were taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
A juvenile female in the rear passenger seat was pronounced dead on scene by medics, according to the sheriff’s office.
Speed is suspected to be a contributing factor to the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the Traffic Services Unit of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
The coroner was called to the scene of a crash in Harrison Township Tuesday evening.
Montgomery County Regional Dispatch confirmed crews were called to the scene of a crash in the area of North Main Street and Julia Avenue at 7:40 p.m.

According to dispatch, the incident was initially reported to be a pedestrian crash but could not confirm if anyone was actually struck by a vehicle.
News Center 7 crew reports seeing a coroner at the scene of the crash. The scene is currently taped off with police tape.
Dispatch says two people were also taken to an area hospital.
