One person was taken to Miami Valley Hospital from after a collision on Jasper Road near New Jasper in Greene County.
The other driver turned down a trip to a hospital, deputies said.

One of the vehiclestraveled left of center. The truck ended up on its top.
The crash was reported around 7:45 p.m. on Jasper Road at Alexander Lane.
The road was shut down for the investigation.
