Man trapped in vehicle after hitting tree in middle of road in Bellbrook

BELLBROOK — UPDATE @4:01 a.m. The man has now been extricated from the vehicle, according to reports.

CareFlight had been placed on standby, but was canceled.

UPDATE @ 3:25 a.m: A man is still trapped in his vehicle after hitting a tree that was in the middle of the road in Bellbrook.

The individual was heading south on Wagner Road toward Little Sugarcreek Road early Monday morning when the accident occurred.

The man is conscious and able to speak with crews on scene. The tree is almost up to his chest, but there are no word on injuries as of yet, according to our crew.

Wagner Hill Drive at Wagner Road is currently blocked off while the incident is being handled.

Crews are on scene of reported single-vehicle crash with entrapment on Wagner Road and Little Sugarcreek Road in Bellbrook.

The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Monday.
