Crews extinguish large vacant apartment fire in Trotwood

TROTWOOD — Fire crews in Trotwood extinguished an apartment fire that started at Woodland Hills apartment Friday night.

Crews were dispatched to the 5900 block of MacDuff Drive around 11:40 p.m., according to Regional Dispatch.

Dispatch said the apartments are vacant and no one was injured.

Trotwood Fire tells us the fire is under investigation.

The roof of the structure suffered serious damage.
