Two dogs were rescued from a house fire Wednesday morning on Willow Creek Drive, according to Clayton Fire Chief Brian Garver.
Crews responded around 11:40 a.m. to the 4100 block to heavy smoke showing from the attic.

Firefighters forced entry through the front door and made an aggressive attack inside to the fire, Garver said.
The occupants of the house weren’t home, but two dogs were rescued with no injuries.
The damage and cause is unknown as the fire is under investigation.
