BUFFALO, NY — The Buffalo Bills provided an update on safety Damar Hamlin on social media Tuesday.
This comes after doctors at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center announced his release only a week after he went into cardiac arrest on the field.
“Damar Hamlin remains hospitalized, but is in good spirits, at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute, a Kaleida Health facility in Buffalo, NY,” the Bills wrote on social media.
Hamlin is going through a series of testing and evaluation Tuesday, the post also states.
“The UC Health’s University of Cincinnati Medical Center care team is credited with stabilizing Hamlin last week, enough so he could return to Buffalo Monday for further evaluation.” Kaleida Health said in a statement.
