NEW CARLISLE — The 13-year-old daughter of a woman found stabbed to death in a North Church Street home in New Carlisle last May admitted to conspiring to kill her in court today.

She will be sentenced in November after pleading guilty to murder and felonious assault charges.

Lee A Moore, 36, died after being stabbed at the house. A 56-year-old man, Paul Greear, also was injured in the attack, but survived his injuries.

A 17-year-old, later identifed as Moore and Greear’s son, intervened to help stop the attack, deputies said.

Deputies, in interviews, determined the 13-year-old suspect -- who also is the daughter of Greear -- initiated conversation with a 15-year-old suspect and both conspired to have the older girl enter the house during the night with the younger girl’s help and assault and kill Moore, Greear and the 17-year-old.

The 15-year-old suspect was previously sentenced in July to at least 22 years in prison for her role in the attack. The 15-year-old was a friend of the daughter, according to investigators.
