DAYTON — Details about plans for development of the Dayton Arcade emerged Friday during a tour of the historic building.

Developers said that in addition to housing, retail and offices, plans include creating maker and co-share creative spaces, a kitchen incubator and places to host public events.

The project is being developed by Maryland-based Cross Street Partners and local developers Miller-Valentine Group.
