DAYTON — UPDATE @ 12:50 p.m. (3/23):
Dayton Police say Chop, a 2-year-old Pomeranian, has been returned to its owner.

Chop was taken from a yard on Salem Avenue on Saturday.
Police said the incident remains under investigation.

INITIAL REPORT:
Dayton Police are asking for the public’s help locating a stolen dog.
Police said Chop, a 2-year-old Pomeranian, was taken by two women from the yard of a house in the 2100 block of Salem Ave.
Chop was taken on Saturday, March 19 around 3:30 p.m.
Surveillance photos obtained by police show two women taking the dog. One woman was in in grey jacket and black pants, while the other was in a grey shirt and blue pants.
