Cunigan is a person of interest in the shooting death of Shareef Tillman, who was killed in the shooting in the 600 block of Summit Square on the night of May 23.

Investigators said Tillman was not involved in the fight that led to the gunfire and was simply in the parking lot at the time the shooting happened. The entire shooting was captured on video, police said.

Police believe Kunigan is aware investigators are looking for him and may be actively evading police.
